01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Pixel TechnoSol ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all website visitors, clients, and users of our digital solutions.

02. Services Delivered

Pixel TechnoSol provides web development, design, e-commerce, API integration, automation, and SEO services as outlined in each project's statement of work. All deliverables, timelines, and specifications are agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any project. We reserve the right to refine our methodology while ensuring the final output meets the agreed specifications.

03. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full intellectual property rights to the custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. Pixel TechnoSol retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed. Third-party assets (libraries, fonts, plugins) are licensed under their respective terms and are passed through to the client as-is.

04. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are outlined per project and typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where Pixel TechnoSol fails to deliver the agreed scope of work. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the project start date.

05. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith based on the initial project scope. Delays caused by client feedback cycles, third-party dependencies, or scope changes will extend the timeline proportionally. Pixel TechnoSol will communicate any anticipated delays within 48 hours of identification and propose a revised timeline.

06. Limitation of Liability

Pixel TechnoSol shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

07. Contact & Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Pakistan.
